1. Legal Framework

NEXO64H is a hosting service located in Spain. We operate under the LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002) and the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

2. Terms of Use

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish. NEXO64H acts as a neutral intermediary and hosting provider.
• Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit content that is illegal under Spanish Law, including child exploitation material (CSEM), terrorism, or content that violates the Criminal Code (Organic Law 10/1995).
• Ephemerality: Content is automatically deleted after 64 hours of inactivity. We do not maintain backups or archives of deleted content.
• Freedom of Speech: We respect free speech within the mentioned legal limits.

Data Minimization: We do not collect names, emails, or any personal identifiers.

IP Addresses

• Security: Prevention of DDoS, flooding, and spam (Art. 6.1.f GDPR - Legitimate interest).
• Functionality: Displaying approximate geolocation (country flag).
• Metrics: Counting unique thread views.
• Third Parties: We do not share data with third parties nor use external tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

If you believe any content violates your rights or the law, please report it to nexo64h@gmail.com. As per Art. 16 of the LSSI, we will act diligently to remove illegal content upon obtaining actual knowledge of the infringement.
